The United States is the only developed country where pregnancy-related maternal mortality rates continue to increase. How can this be the case if the United States has the best medical facilities and technologies in the world? Birth Right explores the answer to this question and equips the reader with the wisdom, knowledge and understanding necessary to keep moms and babies from becoming statistics.
Are pregnancy exams and hospital birthing classes all that is needed to have a successful birth experience? Do you know what a birth plan is and what it should include? Should you have your baby at the hospital? Should you have your baby at a birthing center? Should you have your baby at home? What are some self care strategies that can help you with pregnancy? What does the Bible have to say about birth? How can you add God's "super" to your "natural" during the birthing process? Birth Right explores the answer to these questions and empowers mothers to make decisions that will help them establish a firm foundation for their birth experiences.
