About the author
Christie Cooper is the president of Cooper Consulting Group. Previously she worked at the Nutro Company for eighteen years in a variety of roles, including the regional manager of national accounts and worked alongside the director of training conducting training workshops for the sales team. While conducting training she found her true passion, which contributed to her vision: "To inspire learning and leadership development to help leaders and teams be their best." Christie has her doctorate degree in education with an emphasis in organizational leadership from Pepperdine University. Christie has been married to Howard for thirty-one years and together they have a daughter, Lauren, who currently works in the pet food industry. Christie maintains her competitive spirit by showing and competing in dressage at the FEI levels.
