Arturo C. Meeks aka "KissGang Truly" is an American hip hop artist. As well as an artist, Truly also is the CEO of Kiss Gang Music Group, the home of many talented ascending stars. Being a native of Indianapolis, Indiana the crossroads of America, had its pro's & cons. Growing up was rough but a blessing in disguise.
