This is a charming tale of a rescue dog that leaves his mark on every child he comes in contact with. Bentley is a real-life rescue dog who spends a week at school with his new owner, Nurse Deb. She is a school nurse and school is about to start. The children Bentley meets are the "regulars" that come daily to the nurses office or whom Nurse Deb refers to as the" frequent fliers". Bentley gets into some amusing antics and adventures by the week's end. Initially, he seems very different and intimidating to the children but he quickly turns this around and what ensues is the unfolding friendships with the children he meets. Dogs really have a way of finding those who need them the most. Nurse Deb really feels she is the one rescued by Bentley in the end.
