You are bound to be amused and enlightened with his story telling of how things were and how some things came to be. Enjoy the adventure, then go out and find your own!
About the author
Bill High spent more than 365 days of his working career underwater. Bill was a hospital and field medic, sport and commercial fisherman, sky diver, hunter and witness to the Japanese bombing of Pearl Harbor, December 7, 1941. He's ridden the back of a wild killer whale and swam with more than 1000 dolphins. For more than 65 years Bill has sought adventure both above and below the ocean. In 1983 Bill founded Professional Scuba Inspectors, Inc., a training company that teaches Visual Cylinder Inspection® and pertinent formal, function specific training related to high pressure cylinders. He retired from the company in 2004 but still consults and supports the current owners. He has been a prolific writer over the years publishing several technical books and more than 150 articles. His award winning photographs have appeared as covers and in national magazines as well as government publications such as the NOAA Diving Manual. Currently Bill enjoys spending time with his military vehicle club and working on his farm. It seems he really will never stop looking for adventure!
