Belinea

After a pandemic decimates the population, Earth is saved by a galactic species, the Belineans. As the leaders of a galactic Council, the Belineans exert their power with an advanced, expensive military. One human, a junior ambassador to the Council, is determined to gain more independence for Earth. He pleads his case, but mysterious groups are determined to stop him from speaking. This Sci-fi odyssey is a political thriller told in the styling of a television screenplay. Five eight episode seasons lay out the story of the Belineans on Earth, and how humans assert themselves in the galaxy.
