About The Author

N'Shama Radha Sterling, Renaissance woman, was born with music already in her heart. She studied ballet and tap to reach for her dream of dancing onstage at Radio City Music Hall with the Rockettes. Alas, she only grew to a diminutive height, so, thwarted in her original plans, she turned her attention to the dance of science, spirit and consciousness, attaining degrees first in Electrical Engineering and later a Masters in Organizational Leadership. She worked for nearly a quarter of a century to catalyze a legacy of systems thinking within The Boeing Company. She also became deeply immersed in the study of spiritual guidance to support the unfolding of psycho-spiritual dimensions as part of the journey of the soul. Her further interests included the exploration of the Enneagram, a map of consciousness, which she utilized in melding disparate systems together. Now, she reenergizes her dancing heart whenever she leads the Dances of Universal Peace. Singing in the choir from an early age, she joined glee club in college, fell in love with folk music and picked up her first guitar. She performs with her husband Cedron in the musical group, Triúir, as a multi-instrumentalist and singer-songwriter. N'Shama has three grown children, all extraordinary musicians, and a beloved granddaughter. She is an avid reader and ongoing student of psychological, spiritual and creative thought. She finds peace and tranquility in her beautiful garden, enjoying time-out-of-time with her Havanese dog, Peaches, by her side.
