This is Chris, a product of creators Dale and Shirley Hedman. He was raised in Schenectady, New York and now lives in Boulder, Colorado with his wife Karen who he loves more than anything in the world. His art shows the spirit of the man. A health conscious Engineer, organized and structured, and a different sort of chef who emphasizes accuracy and aesthetic display but never tastes his food before it's complete.
