About the author
Susan Giles Walton is a retired high school teacher from the mid-Michigan area. Aside from writing, she and her husband, Steve, love to spend time with their daughters and grandkids (mostly the grandkids). She enjoys living in the country, where she doesn't have to be around large groups of people. Watching baseball is a favorite pastime, so much so that she teaches part-time for the Los Angeles Dodgers farm team near her home town. Free baseball is admittedly the sweetest benefit she's had of any job so far! She hopes to publish more children's stories so that her grandkids think she's cool.
