About the author
ALAN E. SHELTON began his career in 1977 at Price Waterhouse, structuring and negotiating Fortune 500 M&A transactions. After decades of managing and advising large multinational companies, as well as the type of early-stage organizations that launched his highly successful career, Alan migrated to leadership coaching—with clients such as VF Corporation, the University of San Diego, and Celgene. In addition to his corporate coaching practice, Source Consulting, Alan is a sought-after leadership speaker and workshop facilitator. He lives in Oceanside, California, with his wife and two beloved dogs.
