About the author
Sue Doody, the proprietor of Lindey’s, was born in Dayton , Ohio in 1934. A graduate of Ohio Wesleyan University , Sue taught public school, catered, and taught cooking classes from her home before opening Lindey’s in 1981. Her bistro also provided sons Rick and Chris with their foundation in restaurants and supported the creation of their own ventures, PIADA, Bravo! Cucina Italiana, Brio Tuscan Grille, Bon Vie Bistro, and Cedar Creek Grill. www.lindeys.com
