Archie's Adventures - Into Blunderland

Suzanne Bonné is a Long Island native and former Manhattan textile designer. She spent decades commuting on the Long Island Rail Road, where she developed a love of reading, especially classic children's literature. The inspiration for her debut book emerged during her daily subway rides to the IRT 50th Street station, and was sparked by the whimsical "Alice" murals along the platform. A longtime admirer of Bull Terriers for their quirky and endearing personalities, Suzanne loved bringing her character, Archie, to life. She illustrates her work using traditional colored pencil, embracing the meticulous nature of the medium for its rich and unique results. When she is not drawing, Suzanne enjoys writing short stories, hiking Long Island's nature trails, and tending to the flowers in her garden.
