About The Author

Rhonni is a former elementary school teacher who has always been interested in how young children learn to read. In addition to writing, she is a musician, a singer, and a songwriter. Her sense of humor flavors all of these endeavors, and she was happy to let her illustrator inject his own sense of humor into the whimsical characters of Ants in My Plants. Rhonni has lived in Texas, Nevada, Idaho, Kansas, Washington, and California, and currently resides near Amarillo, Texas.
