Along his travels, he meets several of the state's animals and insects. He even gets to ride in a racecar and attend a horseshow. The names of the animals that Anthony meets are in an alliterative form such as Herman Horse. There is a parade at the end of the book and includes a glossary.
About the author
Patricia Mark Willoughby was born in Fort Worth, Texas. She has served in the military and has traveled to different states. She is currently married and living in Georgetown, Texas, with her husband, Brian, and their two sons. She has a Bachelor's of Science in Nursing from the University of Texas, Austin. Patricia loves to travel and enjoys reading.
