Overview

A practical book for handling resources and relationships, preparing and repairing, sizing up and downsizing, facing and forgetting, holding on and letting go . . . whether you are just starting adulthood, in the middle of it. or in your golden years - this is an invaluable tool that can be used over and over as circumstances change.

Description
Storms can come at any moment - flood waters, hurricane winds, terrifying twisters - wrecking property and destroying lives. Being totally unprepared for them makes a bad situation even worse. Not all storms, however, are related to the weather. Problems can arise in every area of life: money, time, health, possessions, and relationships, causing just as much damage as an actual tempest. Overspending, for instance, can create a tsunami of late payments, increased credit card debt, tension between spouses, and nail-biting financial brinkmanship. How can we avoid creating our own storms as well as prepare for those that come in spite of our best efforts? This practical, Bible-based book covers every major part of life, revealing not only what we should do, but how to do it, in an easy to follow, step-by-step format. Useful for both single adults and couples, this book can also be used in a group study setting for those who want to create a solid foundation that will withstand the storms of life.
