A Revolutionary Look At the Revelation

by J.M. MacLeod

Overview
J. M. MacLeod examines out-dated interpretations of previous centuries in the light of recent worldwide developments as predicted in The Revelation. Does the Revelation pinpoint the timing (not the date) of the Rapture? How do the Jewish feasts outline God's plan to save mankind? Who will be the Antichrist and what does "666" mean?
Description
J. M. MacLeod, although admittedly not a credentialed Bible scholar, has invested most of his life in the study and teaching of scripture in various churches and Bible study groups. He has received "words of wisdom and knowledge" concerning The Revelation which many other Bible teachers haven't seen or have seen only in part, due to being committed to out-dated, denominational interpretations of prophecy forged in bygone centuries. MacLeod explores the relationship between the seven churches mentioned and seven Church Ages that are almost completed in our day; he compares the seven Israeli feasts with the unfolding plot of man's salvation through the seals, trumpets, thunders and bowls, comparing Old Testament prophecies with John's and Paul's writings. There is no doubt that this book will challenge what you think you know about the Revelation.
About the author
John has been a life-long student of the Holy Scriptures in his free time as he worked at various jobs supporting his wife and four children. He also worked as a staff reporter and photojournalist on New England newspapers. Finding newspaper journalism cramping his style, John turned to expressing his faith through allegorical fiction as well as writing personal commentaries as he studied the Bible. He lives near Nashville TN with his wife of 40+ years. Three of his four children live nearby while the firstborn remains in PA where John grew up. His children have given John & Beverly 14 grandchildren… so far.
