About the author
Dr. Eddie Damian currently works in the department of Leadership Development for a large school district. He is instrumental in creating effective components of leadership development frameworks and leadership programs for all district leaders, from teachers, principals and directors to the office of the superintendent. Before devoting attention to these positions, Dr. Damian served as a turnaround campus principal and served in the principalship for 12 years. He was known for building collaborative solutions and getting results while keeping children at the forefront. In addition, Dr. Damian has served in most executive-level board positions for the Texas Elementary Principals and Supervisors Association (TEPSA), including President in 2015-16. He has been featured in Texas School Business magazine and is a published author.
