About The Author


Leigh Underwood was born in Memphis, Tennessee and raised in a near by small town of Selmer, Tennessee. She earned a B.A. in English from the University of Memphis and a M.A. in Strategic Leadership from Austin Peay State University. Leigh's interest in reading formed early in life encouraged by her mother's interest and constant reading to her daughters. Leigh lives in Hendersonville, Tennessee with her husband, Daniel and their three dogs, Junior, Duster and Dude. She is involved in local running and triathlon clubs. Leigh enjoys volunteering for community service projects, particularly those that focus on health and fitness as an integral part of a person's overall well-being.
