About the author
Danny is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor. Danny earned his B.S. in Applied Psychology from NYU, and he minored in Creative Writing. He graduated Cum Laude with Department Honors, and presented his Honors Thesis on Predictors of Happiness Among LGBQ College Students at the Stanford Psychology Undergraduate Conference. Danny has been published as an author in the Journal of Homosexuality for his contributions to a project on LGB Elders. Danny earned an M.A. in Mental Health Counseling and an Ed.M. in Psychological Counseling from Teachers College, Columbia University. He helped present research in Micro-Aggressions Experienced by People with Disabilities at the Health Disparities Conference at Teachers College, Columbia University in 2014.
