About the author
Thomas Carchidi is a retired law enforcement officer with over 15 years of sworn law enforcement service in which he served as a supervisor, and state certified police instructor. Tom worked in America's most dangerous city (Baltimore). He has also earned a Bachelors Degree in forensic psychology, a Masters Degree in criminology, and he just finished his second year of law school in pursuing his Juris Doctorate law degree. Tom is an avid lifelong martial artist that holds black belts in American Combat Karate, and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu.
