A Friendly Deception

The story about a banker in the City of London who tries so desperately to have a daughter, and his adventure to India to achieve this objective. The story is about Sea, a banker in the city of London, and his desire to have a daughter who would call him "mon papa cheri". When all natural efforts fail, he and his wife , Gina, take their close friend's advice and visit India, where in the a renowned temple, Pundit runs a business behind a facade of devtas, dasees and bhagats. God rewards them with a beautiful daughter, Sophie but who fathered her? Was it Pundit, Harry the driver, or one of the many devtas in the temple. Other characters include Sherou, an Anglo-Indian who makes his living by whatever it takes; sharp razor brain secretary Judy who believes bankers can easily afford two women; and an extremely ambitious Mariena who has her eyes set on 10 Downing Street... It is an extremely interesting book. There is a little descriptive sex. After all one cannot try to conceive a child with out going into some detail.

Kamal M Malak is a British citizen of Indian origin. Born in Delhi, he came to study in London at young age. He is a chartered accountant and lives in North London. He worked in KPMG, Rank Xerox Group and Texas Instruments Inc and other international companies. This story is a gist of his background and his working life experiences in different parts of the world. Kamal is also a lyricist and established Venus Music & Records Ltd which released a few singles. His other book is " Mr & Mrs Bohiem"
