Trish has spent most of her career in marketing and communications working with various clients on effective B2B and B2C initiatives that have increased revenue streams, created “raving customer fans” and supported brand awareness. As a national award winner through the Promotional Products Professionals of Canada in B2B Marketing for strategy, creativity, innovation and results; Trish has enjoyed many years as a creative brand advocate.
Working as part of a leadership team, she has often been a Public Speaking and Public Relations Ambassador travelling across the country representing companies such as Eaton's, DeBeer’s and Golf Canada discussing corporate strategy, delivering seminars and building strategic partnerships.
A second act career in 2008 has given her the opportunity to focus on the Health and Wellness Industry where she has combined her business acumen to become a Certified Personal Trainer and Nutrition and Wellness Specialist concentrating on Individual Empowerment = Corporate Wellness. Seminars, workshops and one-one-one coaching combines fitness options, nutrition tips and stress management tools to increase awareness and motivate teams.
As part of her ongoing efforts within the Health & Wellness industry Trish has recently published the book A Diary of Change 12 Personal Tools where she shares her formula for success assisting individuals to achieve their personal best. At the same time, she invites you to participate in sharing your favourite family foods through a philanthropic effort: Fuel; Family Recipes and Comfort Food.
