About The Author

Rebecca Hunt Kasarjian grew up in a small rural town in Connecticut where she learned the importance of relationships and connections with other people and nature. At a very young age she developed a love of writing and helping others. She earned her bachelor's and master's degrees in psychology from Boston University. It was there that she met her soul mate and they married six years later. They moved to the suburbs and live there with their three amazing sons who keep them active, entertained, and forever learning. In following her passion of connecting with and empowering others, she became a Reiki Master Teacher and a certified coach for stress management, wellness, holistic health and nutrition. She is also a certified laughter yoga leader and has become a motivational speaker and trainer studying with Jack Canfield.
