Join a young girl, with special needs, as she shares the humor and struggles of growing up.

This rhyming story is told by a young girl with special needs. Her journey starts at preschool and goes through the preteen years. She explains the misunderstandings and differences she faces along the way. Hopefully parents of children with special needs will be able to laugh and relate to many of her situations.

Lisa Reed, mother of three, enjoys sharing her thirty-four years of experience as a Special Education teacher and the ups and downs of fostering and adopting children. Due to a Learning Disability herself, she found reading to be a struggle and school was difficult. Lisa found joy and success in reading books with rhymes and now shares this method with others.
