Biography of
Minister James Leland Lewis
James is married to Raverta (Haynes) Lewis. They have six children: Quan (Danielle), Shanita (Alvin), Joseph, Krystal (Alex), Rachel, and Jamie. They are also spiritual parents to Jackie Fields, William Dean, Jessica Allen, Madeline Perez, and McKeeba Bruce. James and Rae are the proud grandparents of Marques, Jr., Ja’Shawn, Aniya, Trayton, Ausia, Rion, Kingston, Gabriel and Pierce Alexander. Also he has a God-grandson DeAndre.
Minister James and Rae’s desire are for families to function as a God ordain tool to strengthen society. The strengthen of the family structure is a vital ingredient to the strength of churches, schools, industry, businesses, government, neighborhoods and even playgrounds for safe havens for the little people. Their heart is for everyone in the home to receive, give and fulfill God’s intended purpose.
They are under the guidance of Apostle Keith and Pastor Lisa Wesley at New Life in Christ International Ministries in Grandview, Mo. They are Ministry Leaders of the Altar Ministry and Brother’s Keepers Ministry and serve in Heart 2 Heart Marriage Ministry, Ministerial Davidic Company (Ministerial Training) and the Porter Ministry.
He has served as Director of Ministries of Three Dimensions of Topeka, Inc. Founded FR GOD Ministries, served as Adult and Young Adult Sunday School Coordinator and TLC facilitator. He has also served as Youth Pastor, Youth Sunday School Coordinator, Outreach Reconciliation Coordinator, Men’s Ministry Leader and facilitator, Trustee Board Member, Deacon, Men’s Conference Facilitator and Blended Family Marriage Conference Speaker. He substitute teaches at High Schools to Elementary Schools and is currently serves at Life A New Preparatory Academy. He founded a AAU Summer Track Team named the New Life Gliders and has coached numerous Basketball teams.
Minister Lewis has an AA in Mental Health and BS in Sociology and Psychology. He believes that God has called everyone to flavor society with the salt of grace to leave a legacy for the next generation to pass on to another. In everything that we do, do it heartily as unto the LORD.
Minister James and Rae Lewis’ desire is for families to function as a God ordain tool to strengthen society. At church, in school, in business, through government, in neighborhoods and on playgrounds- we need safe havens for the little people of the world.
The Lewis’ heart is for everyone in the home to receive, give and fulfill God’s intended purpose. James and Rae have been at the helm of their blended family, comprised of six children: Quan (Danielle), Shanita (Alvin), Joseph, Krystal (Alex), Rachel, and Jamie. They offer not only guidance, but share stories of tried and true experience with using God’s Word to provide counsel, correction, advice and instruction to their own family unit.
