John is the founder and CEO of Common Sense Leadership, a leadership coaching and consulting firm. He previously held senior leadership positions in the corporate and nonprofit fields. A graduate of Georgetown University and also it's Institute for Transformational Leadership, John is certified as a Professional Leadership Coach by International Coach Federation.
