Description
Are you tired of doctors who don't take enough time? Are you sick of medicines that don't solve problems? Would you like to be yourself again instead of wearing the label of a disease? Busy and stressed? Most self-help books teach lifestyle changes after disease strikes. Most wellness books are "how to" books about the body or are "big picture" books about the mind or spirit. What is needed is an easy to follow guide that works with your schedule so you take action when your health lies in the balance.
