This book uses an imaginary frog to talk about important topics in a fun way: The digestive system, self esteem, good nutrition, manners, harmful things for the body, participation and activities, how to get along with others, bullies, feelings, how to appropriately express anger, how to solve problems, exercise and weight, how to have a well rounded life, having fun, trying new things, having hobbies, cleanliness, grooming, cleaning up after oneself, courtesy to others, everyone needs love, appropriate affection, and getting plenty of rest. These topics are included on the parental discussion page. So parents can review with the child what it takes to be a happy, healthy well adjusted person.
