The Wisdom of Weng Shu

Observations, Quotes, and Aphorisms

Overview
Many of the Master’s words are just that; wordy expositions on the state of mankind and the value of a rational moral base. While valuable to the scholar or student of ethical stance, in a world where wit is too often the deciding factor in a discussion, these essays fall short of providing the ammunition needed in the daily “war of words” waged around home, office, or social gatherings. Since it is in these places, not in the lofty towers of the powerful, that the trends of public morality are truly determined, this collection of pithy quotes is humbly offered as an aid to the truly ethical warrior.

About the author
The author has always lived just past the fringe, and tried not to get too weird with this biography. Hailing from Kentucky, William Levy has been a circus roadie, doughnut chef, hospital courier, weapons system designer, and Presidential Scholar in Physics. He’s spent the last 35 years as a freelance illustrator, cartoonist, and game designer, in the last decade adding writer to the list. He currently resides in a comfortable bungalow in the magical kingdom of Louisville, with his talented sculptress bride and muse Karen. Their somewhat empty nest, post three grown children, is filling up nicely with his lifetime collection of books, movies, and comics, guarded fiercely by two hybrid rhino tabbies and the world’s smartest dog.
