Long ago, in a faraway land, an orphan boy finds his way in a harsh and unforgiving world. At his side, a mysterious force guides, protects, and encourages him as he grows to be King— and learns that even those with the best intentions, can become monsters. Can he learn to see himself as his guardian does? Can he forgive?

S. Van Toon lives somewhere in the vast wastelands of pop-culture, and spends his days screaming into a tornado, like others of his kind.
