When Mr. Holloway, popular and beloved math teacher at Stone Creek High School, is innocently involved in an incriminating incident, he unexpectedly loses his job – and like a domino effect, one unfortunate event triggers another.
In an effort to cheer him up, his cousin takes him to an elite nightclub where he runs into Natalie, an attractive woman he had been eyeing for quite some time at the fitness center. Sparks fly and they immediately hit it off. Before leaving, Natalie invites him to attend church with her the next morning, and when he does, he soon discovers that things aren’t all that ‘sacred’ at Sacred Walls Baptist Church.
Annoyed by the whiney reverend, obnoxiously hell-bent on getting everyone to tithe, Holloway excuses himself to use the bathroom. He ends up wandering to an unpopulated area of the church and makes a startling discovery that could potentially put an end to his financial woes and ultimately bring an end to the reverend’s reign at the church.
As badly as he wants to reveal his shocking discovery, he refrains, knowing that in order to capitalize financially, he must keep it a secret so that he can use it as leverage against the reverend. But as he stirs the stagnant waters in which the reverend wades, he must be extremely cautious to maintain his anonymity. His every move must be precisely calculated and executed to perfection. If not, one minor slip-up could cost him everything – including his life.
