Will Sally Chever, a city girl, discover the music within herself--self-esteem and satisfaction that comes from taking responsibility, doing a job well, and contributing to the well-being of others, animal and human?

Sally needs money for school clothes. It’s summer. She takes a hired-hand job on her uncle’s wheat farm in eastern Washington. She has some bad habits. She’d rather listen to music than to her uncle. This is the story of what happens when these inclinations collide with the task at hand.

Ann is a teacher and former school librarian. She's developing her skills in art so she can illustrate the books she writes. Her academic background includes an MLS in Librarianship and an MA in US Constitutional History and History of the West. These Interests along with travel to Italy and the study of Catholic Social Justice proved instrumental in the completion of her most recent screenplay, The Glory of the Olive. It covers the life and times of Eugenio Pacelli, Pope Pius XII, sometimes referred to as Hitler's Pope.
