About the author
Phil Caldwell is a small animal veterinarian who graduated from the Ontario Veterinary College in 1994. After graduation, he moved to Las Vegas where he practiced for twelve years before moving to Los Angeles and then to Palm Springs where he currently resides with his twelve-year-old Pekingese named Chan. In his spare time, he is the CEO of the Savong Foundation which provides scholarships to underprivileged students in Cambodia.
