My book, is a short story that entails my own personal experiences throughout school, life and my struggles with self-appreciation. "The Inside." gives you an inside on how I felt internally throughout middle school, going into private school, the things I've seen, heard and experienced and later on transitioning back to public school. All of these factors have played such a significant rule on my mental state. Its true that your environment has an affect on you. I remember it was days I would just sleep in and be so tired mentally, that even my body felt drained. Now, Im in such a better state both physically and mentally. After reading my story, I hope you take away the sole message: You are not alone. We all are on our journeys to finding ourselves. Give it time. Some days will be better than others. JUST BE YOU!
