About the author
Louise Sonia Cazazian, of Armenian heritage, was born in Brasov,Romania.During her childhood, she lived under Communist rule and endured many trials of courage along her journey. More than 50 years ago, she and her family emigrated to New York. A good education encouraged her love of music ,and involvement with the Arts was encouraged. As a result, she became an excellent oboist and pianist. Both skills were of paramount importance and brought her future success. Ms Cazazian was a High School music teacher in the NYC Public School System for many years. She is now retired and ready to write, not just her own story, but those for children too. Because she never owned children's books in her youth while in Romania, she felt lucky to share such treasures with her own children and grandson. Since writing always fascinated her,she now could have the opportunity to create her own books. Blessed to have raised her family in the United States, her wish was to give them the gift of reading, denied to her as a child. Having traveled to over 100 countries throughout the seven continents, Ms Cazazian is able to speak several languages in order to communicate with people from all over the world. Sharing her stories with a variety of cultures would make her dream a reality.
