The Great tree has been with the ladybug since the day he opened his eyes. She has done whatever she could to keep him safe and unafraid. When he is afraid to fly, the tree guides him on a journey in hopes that he will tackle his fear... but it is up to him to take the leap. Will he be able to trust in himself and fly?

Lynda-Grace McDonald is an inspirational writer striving to promote positivity, growth and healing. Born on Long Island and raised in Massachusetts, Lynda-Grace always knew that she wanted to be a writer, but she allowed her fear to lead her down other avenues. Her self-publishing journey with her debut children's book, "The Great Tree and the Ladybug," opened her heart back up to writing and now she pursues it full-time. When she isn't writing, Lynda-Grace can be found communing with nature or spending time with her animal rescue babies.
