Description
In the state of most mafia presence, New York, a new form of organized crime known as districts comes about. Each district individually has a soul purpose, and together they form one unstoppable alliance. These districts are eventually passed down to the sons of these original heads, except for Raymond Santino's district. Raymond doesn't know if his two sons, Leonardo and Noah, can take on such a business. However, Leo and Noah don't take no for an answer and fight for the position. But, once they get there, they are unsure whether or not they are fully functional in this business of sin, money, lies, betrayal, drugs, and power.
About the author
Jared Carrillo makes his entrance to the novel industry with his debut, The Districts. He started his writing career at age eight by writing comics at school. By the time Jared reached middle school's end, he had gotten back into writing and started with short horror stories. At age fifteen, he started his screenwriting career. By the time he turned sixteen, he had entered several screenwriting contests. Now, he is a novelist in his Junior year of high school.
