About the author

Charliebelle Cooper is a single mother living in the quiet suburbs of Chicago. She has had many careers but has finally been able to pursue her dream of being a published author. Although author of many unpublished works, The Cucumber Mistress, is her first published novel.

Buffy Baker is a single mother of two grown children and lives in Geneva, Illinois.  She has grown up baking and has been in the restaurant business most of her career.  She enjoys writing poetry.  The Cucumber Mistress is her first published novel.
