Like many of you, consultant, business leadership expert, entrepreneur, and author Orlando J. Dumas Sr. has seen the word leadership and success defined numerous ways over the years. In addition, Orlando founded and lead as the first African-American for a National Accrediting Body called the National Accreditation for Colleges and Schools.
