Irishea Hilliard is the daughter of Bishop I.V. and Pastor Bridget Hilliard and serves as the Chief Operating Officer and Site Pastor of the West location at New Light Church in Houston, Texas.  With a Doctorate in Urban Youth Ministry, Dr. Irishea has spent many years counseling, educating and effecting youth around the world with the Word of God.  She is the mother of two sons, Ivan Harrison and Jonathan Sean-Michael.
