About the author

Joe Herbert has been selling real estate in California since 2004.  He has a BS in Geoscience from Hobart and William Smith Colleges and a Masters in Accounting from Northeastern University. Anne Daily has a BA from Sacramento State University.  She has been selling real estate since 1989. Together they have sold several hundred homes that were inherited property. As they started working with administrators of estates, they found that most administrators were not trained to be administrators. They also learned that there are 14 common challenges that the administrator is faced with.
