The basis of this book started with the birth of our first child after enduring many long months of IVF. While Blake was getting her diaper changed or a bath, Kylene would say/sing random phrases to her regarding the mess she was making. Little did she know, Jason was writing them down along the way, as well as coming up with his own phrases. Between our daughter Blake and later our son Simon, we had a full book of "shitty" sayings. Like many new parents, we learned the hard way through experience. Shitties on my Toes is a cute book for new and old parents. Included are some of our most important tips that we learned along the way, as well as a way to document some of those funny moments you wish to cherish. A mother to 2 kids and 2 dogs, she also moonlights as a doctor of veterinary medicine in her "spare time". When she's not saving animals, she spends most of her day chauffeuring the kids around to school and various appointments while trying to stay sane. As the creative genius in the family, she keeps the kids stylish when helmets or casts come into play.
