Monet is a seasoned serial entrepreneur and a beauty expert with a vision to educate and spur others to find greatness in their beauty career. Monet is more than a beauty professional, she is also a model, writer, makeup artist, hair stylist, fitness competitor, wife and mother of two lovely girls.

Monet was a former educator for the L'Oreal brands REDKEN & Pureology and has enjoyed a blissful and rewarding career in cosmetology where she has gone on to establish her own brand of cosmetic line titled "Shades of Monet" as well as a salon in the Atlanta, Georgia area called "Monet & Company". Shear Destiny was conceived and instigated by virtue of devotion and dedication to the valuable experience and life lessons she gathered along her journey to becoming a renowned beauty expert.

Determined to creating a brand that represents every shade of excellence, Monet is not motivated solely by a fat paycheck; she is passionate about social issues that abound today, one of which is very dear and pertinent to her - Human Trafficking.
