Something is wrong at the North Pole, especially around Santa's Toy Shop. It seems as if the Christmas Spirit is missing. Santa is very confused on why the elves are quitting. It also bothers Santa that the number of letters from children asking for something special has fallen to just a few per day. Santa and his chief elf must search for what is missing in the Christmas spirit.
