Each of the ten chapters ends with suggestions for looking at how your company or business can take proper steps to look for and identify a rogue employee within, and institute counter-measures to stop him/her from damaging your enterprise any further. The last chapter lists a terrific resource that you, as a proponent of ethical conduct, can rely upon to assist you in your endeavors to clean up your company’s policies, procedures, ethical conduct, and protection of assets, instead of a rogue employee taking advantage of the holes in your system.
