Worked all his life in advertising, with regional, then global responsibilities, serving major blue chip brands like Kraft, Nivea, SC Johnson, Nestle, Nike, Colgate-Palmolive, Walmart, Samsung, and Fiat-Chrysler among others. He has tour the world capturing consumer insights by having face to face conversations with people in their own homes. At the same time, he was conducting staff training sessions on the subjects of strategy, research, and social studies. All along his journey, that accumulated 6 million miles in American Airlines, the challenge was how to work with so many different cultures, and most importantly, how to make relevant communications to them. Rethink Thinking book was born out of the need to develop fresh ways of thinking; ones that adapt to the many complexities of what is visible, and also non-spoken codes. Currently, the author is researching material for his new project.
