Hania is a 500 Hour Experienced Yoga Teacher (E-RYT® 500, YACEP®) and a Reiki Master. She teaches at several studios in the Boston area, has run teacher training programs and workshops all around the region, and currently offers virtual classes through her online platform. Hania is also the Creative Director and President of Khuri Design, a graphic design and branding firm.

You Need this Book! This beautiful book gives 52 ways of how we can pause, reflect, and take a few moments out of our crazy lives to breathe. It contains gorgeous photos (taken by the author herself) and has some "why not try" ideas that allow you to explore the concept further. It's both philosophical and practical, and in just two weeks, exploring two of the "weekly reminders", I've straightened by shoulders and relaxed my mind. If you need a moment or two of peace, definitely use this book to get you there. I loved it! Read more
