You need this book This book helps me set an intention for the day. I keep it next to my bed and read a different page every morning. The reminders help keep me focused on the positive things and small pleasures of a daily routine. With two children in grade school, these small mental breaks are a lifesaver. Read more

You Need this Book! This beautiful book gives 52 ways of how we can pause, reflect, and take a few moments out of our crazy lives to breathe. It contains gorgeous photos (taken by the author herself) and has some "why not try" ideas that allow you to explore the concept further. It's both philosophical and practical, and in just two weeks, exploring two of the "weekly reminders", I've straightened by shoulders and relaxed my mind. If you need a moment or two of peace, definitely use this book to get you there. I loved it! Read more
