Description
“Real Talk” confronts pertinent issues like love, womanhood and betrayal from chapter to chapter. The Author’s poem, “Queen Respecting Her King” is a poem that exudes the deification and paying homage to the female’s male counterpart, the healing energy he gives her, him being a gift to the universe and of course the complimentarity manifested between a true King and the primordial Queen. This complimentarity and polarity further validates our hueman-beingness and archetypal existence. Sharnette touches the core of emotion like walking barefoot on Mother Earth. The writings embodied in, “Real Talk” is stern yet nurturing, a balance very rarely witnessed in much of this generation’s literary works. The reader will be meticulously drawn into the experiences and journey of the Author. Her literary writings and voice is a vessel and extremely necessary in a time when the Hueman Being is struggling for clarity toward the path of enlightenment and divinity. Her thoughts and words embrace ourage and integrity despite Hueman frailty of fear, social conditioning and synthetic intelligence. Sharnette Hyter has successfully allowed herself to invite us into her heart as she writes with compassion, unwavering vision and purpose in which you will overstand in the words to come.
