Relationships are the trade cycle of life. Some good and some bad. With each bad relationship, we lose a part of ourselves. Bad relationships can break the spirit and harden the soul. Or, we can use the experience to better understand ourselves as we retain control of our unfinished story and unlock our inner power. ReClaimed Soul is a poetic walk through a path of self-discovery. After years of bad relationships of all kinds, my empathetic heart was losing faith in humanity. I was able to regain my confidence by taking a cogent review of my own actions. As a Baltimore native now residing in California's Bay Area, she has seen her share of unresolved trauma and the impact that trauma has on communities as she spent decades in law enforcement.
